1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at alamocollisiontx.com, scheduling services, or communicating with Alamo Collision ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services
Alamo Collision provides professional auto body and collision repair services including, but not limited to: collision and structural repair, frame straightening, auto painting and refinishing, paintless dent repair, hail damage repair, glass services, and insurance claim assistance.
All repair work is subject to a separate written repair authorization and estimate. No work will begin without your authorization. All completed repairs include a lifetime written warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms of our warranty documentation.
3. SMS / Text Message Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to text communications, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages from Alamo Collision. These messages may include appointment confirmations, repair status updates, estimate follow-ups, and promotional offers.
SMS Program Disclosures:
- 📱 Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all messages sent and received.
- 📬 Message frequency: Varies. You may receive messages whenever there is a relevant update related to your vehicle, estimate, appointment, or promotional offer.
- 🚫 To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

- 🔒 Your phone number will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any service from Alamo Collision.
Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Cricket, and other major U.S. wireless carriers.
4. Estimates and Payments
All estimates provided are subject to change if additional damage is discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior financing or insurance payment arrangements have been made in writing. We accept all major insurance carriers. Customer is responsible for any deductible amounts as specified in their insurance policy.
5. Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left on our premises after completion and notification of completed repairs may be subject to storage fees at our current daily rate. We are not responsible for theft or damage to personal items left in vehicles.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alamo Collision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for violations of these terms.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Alamo Collision or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brazoria County, Texas.
